In the wake of the recent hurricanes in the Caribbean and the ongoing troubles in Venezuela, Moray House Trust invited a panel to discuss “Humanitarian Crises in the region: a response.” The participants were Ambassador Colin Granderson (Assistant Secretary-General, Foreign and Community Relations, CARICOM), Nigel Hughes (lawyer) and Mike Mc Cormack (co-Chair of the Guyana Human Rights Association). Elsie Harry Ross was the moderator.
